HOW WE WORK
To create 3D interiors we usually need 2D plans with dimensions. In case of 3D exteriors 3d models of the building or 2D plans are required. If such data is not available we can look through other possible input options: photos, sketches, descriptions, visit the object for on-site measuring.
We send you formal quotation within 1 day.
1.We send you a draft version to confirm the geometry of 3D project and camera position.
2. You will get next draft to check all the models, materials, lighting and other details. and to give us a feedback. Then you confirm the project or give us additional notes if necessary.
Basic contract terms include up to 3 free project changes. More changes require more time resources, therefore are being charged separately.
3. Default resolution of final images is 4000 pixels width. Lager sizes are available on request, 8K, 16K and more is possible. For animations we offer standard quality options 720p, 1080p, custom options on request.
Final renders will be delivered to customer digitally via online services or on USB/SD flash drive.
Completion time depends on project requirements. Usually it takes about 1-2 weeks to complete single-family house’s exterior and interiors. However, timeframe is always specified individually.
Payment terms: 50% prepayment.
